Fixed Up?

This revised and updated turn-based grand strategy game from the team at AGEOD brings players back to World War I, including both the Eastern and Western fronts and over 4 campaigns and 10 scenarios. As either a member of the Central Powers, the Entente or a neutral nation, players will confront the epic gauntlet of military and political challenges that faced the likes of Kitchener, Joffre, Luddendorf, Clemenceau, Czar Nicholas II or Enver Pasha.

Fixed Up?

Post by histgamer »

Did this game get all fixed up? Did the maps get simplified? I was looking into buying it awhile back but some of the bugs turned me off and the map styling was a tad annoying though definitely not a game breaker....

Basically whats the status of teh game and is it hard to find multi players if that was a significant reason why I was looking at purchasing it?

Just curious... What's your problem with the map?

Nothing really big, the sideways angle which the map was originally released with was a tad annoying took a bit of getting use to but the real reason I didn't purchase it back then was the bugs that it came with. So my real concern is is there a decent sized online community that plays multi player and does the game run smoothly now?

Gold version uses a conventional orientation of Europe.
Game is also more stable.
No comment about multiplayer.  Maybe you can find more people to play with in Paradox/AGEOD forums.

[:D]The patches now that run into the L sequence have vastly improved the game, and its ease and interfacing!

I am REALLY loving it! I hope to have my first LAN game before Christmas!
