The Battle of the Last Panzer
Has anyone ever seen this? I have never heard of it nor laid eyes on it in my life and I thought I had seen or at least heard of most...
It was on TCM the other week and I recorded it - but it really is pants. I didn't watch it all it was so bad...maybe the first 20 minutes or so. The uniforms aren't even right...right down to the helmets!
Awful looking film...I don't know what it finished like, but it started dire!

You have to wonder how some of these "terrible movies get made???

Tried wathing The Red Baron...but the aircraft flew like jet fighters so turned it off.....also wathed an Aussie film called Beneath hill 60....acting was poor...the flashbacks to Oz was cringe worthy...got a little better towards the end...however watching the hole of the ridge blow like a nuclear weapon at the end summed it up...normally like Ozzie films aswell.

I think I heard quite a few negative votes on this one, but never watched it myself, maybe 5 seconds worth. IIRC, it was a combination of low budget, meets trying to cash in on Panzer hype or something to that effect.
I guess when I am really bored one night I'll finally sit down and watch the whole thing.

I wouldn't if I were you Obsolete...it really was bad. Acting was poor. Dubbing was terrible. Effects were very sub par - even for the day. I'm positive the US troops were wearing some kind of German helmet...not the German helmet of WWII...but something like a modified version...
Treale...anything really. I was into Civ V but I ended up having so many late nights, I decided not to start a game after 9...which leaves it out for the week really. Been playing Some F1 2010, Combat Mission Shock Force, Mafia II and Black Shark with a wee bit of A10 Warthog thrown in and some Combat Mission : Afghanistan.
I have 67 shortcuts to games on my desktop...ridiculous really. They're all games I "want" to get to [:-]

- Command an elite tank in a fully realistic WW2 campaign system.
- Destroy Tiger I's, Panthers, and Kings with your powerful 37 mm cannon.
- Deflect enemy shots with your massive 13-51 mm armor.
- Enjoy victory as you observe the tails of Tigers as they turn around and run.

Hey Judge the movie can't be all that bad, anything created on that date ( release date) must be good, it's my birthday

That's how the industry takes advantage of things now a-days. Got a total piece of crap game? No problem, just title it Semper Fi and sell it for a bundle.

You can see why now, when the Americans redesigned their super-duper tank for the second time (M5), the Russians laughed them right off the barganing table.
