1. Go to Naval Database ("V" hotkey)
2. Click Naval Guns
3. Extreme right hand column

Rate of fire is built into the device's accuracy in the editor, in case you wonder. I know I did.[&:]

To me, the accuracy of the big guns seems to be ROF * 10.

Smaller guns seem to use their practical ROF for accuracy.

Am I right in seeing it this way?

Yes and no. ROF is nothing but a pretty column of numbers look at.

ROF for all Naval Guns is displayed as Accuracy/10.
ROF for all DP Guns is displayed as Accuracy/10.
ROF for all AA Guns is displayed as Accuracy.

But Accuracy is not ROF, and it is not used in an ROF sense. Attempting to modify Acc to get the ROF numbers to "look right" will screw things up totally. Actual, physical, RoF is taken into account in the mathematics that define both the Eff and Acc values.

Basically, the ROF column is meaningless, except as a way to view the range of Acc values.
