Any ideas on discount as I have Harpoon Commanders Edition? Or does the discount only affect people who have both?

Yes, if you have either Harpoon 3 Advanced Naval Warfare OR Harpoon Commander's Edition, you will be able to get a discount code that will reduce the price of Harpoon - Ultimate Edition by $25.

We will also be providing free updates after release (we're still working on them, will probably be a couple of weeks) to the Harpoon Ultimate Edition release level (without the extra exclusive content) of H3ANW and HCE, but those will be the final updates for the older releases. For future updates, you'll need to be running the Ultimate Edition release.

FWIW, I think Matrix handled this very well. I happen to have Harpoon CE but have not delved into it much. For another $35, I get a lot more stuff and support down the road.

Even more fortunate is the new guy, who gets everything that will float for $60.

Downloading.  The discount really made the difference!
As a fan of HCE, I just have to get this to get further updates.  I though it was not a good idea before for I guess an additional (and polished?) ANW won't hurt for the additional cost.

Congratulations on the release, Team 'Poon, though it might be awhile before I get the greenbacks to grab it. At that, could one of you fine folks give us some sort of a picture as to when the 3.10 patch for ANW will come around?
