Rear Adm Frederick C. Sherman is missing !

What happened to Rear Adm Frederick C. Sherman? I'm in 1944 of a version 3.0 1941 campaign game and I have never seen him. Was he left out by accident? I checked other senarios and he doesn't show up in any of them. He was the Captain of the Lexington when she went down in the Coral Sea and later commanded various CTGs under Vice Adm Mitscher.

Don't know the answer, but if he is gone it is a real drag - he had good ratings in earlier versions.
