Beta 3.4 Download Help

I've bought and downloaded TOAW3 from Matrix Today, I've added my Serial Number into My Account online where it shows up in "My Games" along with my Harpoon games I've bought but I can't seem to find the Beta Downloads for TOAW3, I can see Member Download Links and Registered but if I click on this it doesn't do anything, what is wrong?

Did you use your Harpoon serial number for the TOAW game? I can't imagine what's wrong otherwise.

No I've used the serial provided by Matrix in the order email, I'm in contact with Matrix but I'm getting a bit frustrated

This is more of a Matrix question than a TOAW question. You'll have better luck getting help if you post in the main tech support board instead of here.

Thats cool I appreciate that, I have raised a ticket via the helpdesk and they're trying to sort it but a bit frustrated that they don't seem able to fix it,
