Lost disc

My PC recently went into meltdown as a result of which I have bought a new one. Looking to re-install JTCS only to find disc 2 missing - extensive search but no luck.
I purchased the game around the time that it first came out, I think and have the serial, CD and order numbers available.
Beyond a re-order, is there anything that can be done?

If I recall correctly, JTCS was offered only on one disc? It was in larger case to provide room for the manual.

Can anyone correct me if I am wrong?
