Lack of AA in update?

I dowloaded the update today and appreciate the new bombing graphics and text messages. However, I seem to have noticed a marked decrease in anti-aircraft activity. Also, troops don't seem to get transported via C-47's (supplies still do). Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, I can't say about the AA as I tend to plot strikes early in game above AA but I have moved troops by air. Heavy equipment and vechiles will not lift so when you get down to the end of a unit it won't move. (by air)

I have also moved troops with C-47's and no problems.
