If we buy the download only - would we be able at a later date to buy the printed manual?

Sorry, we are not able to upgrade already placed orders like that yet, so if you would like the printed manual ordering the physical copy is your best bet. We do think that in the future, with the new store, we will be able to do this but it may take a year to put something like that in place.
