Matrix Games and Code Force (www.codeforce.co.nz) are proud to release a promo video detailing the new features and improvements coming in their highly anticipated expansion to the best-selling 4x space strategy game Distant Worlds, entitled Distant Worlds – Return of the Shakturi. The new video, narrated by none other than Distant Worlds’ Lead Designer and Programmer Elliot Gibbs, shows off some of the new interface improvements, a massive new tech tree, and a new behemoth Shakturi warship among a few other things.

Oooo... Shiny! Can't wait!

One thing still worries me though: I hope the Shakturi are balanced well. Nothing is more annoying than fighting a desperate fight when you know you don't even have a possibility of winning.

I think that might be Elliot. I love the kiwi accent. Ever seen the movie 'Bad Taste'? Peter Jackson's first movie I think it was.

Now if only Stardock would make EWOM worth playing I would have it all. 4x sci and fantasy covered.
