Question about Base and HQ units

What's in them? If I have for example a Rgt. Base unit does this represent unit all support units, including the Rgt. recon platoon? And a Bn. Hq unit does it include the Bn. combat platoon as well or do I have to add this platoon separately?

Unit I'm currently building is FJR 6. Oct. 1944.

I think that it's logistics only. The personnel are armed, but not heavily. IIRC, the C.O. is usually a major.

Base units are basically all the non-combat support troops that are assigned to a large force. HQs on the other hand usually include the defence platoon or coy that was assigned to protect them.
