I just bought WITE and thats not my first game I bought from Matrix, the last ones WITP:AE and BOB/BTR

Well in short, you just took 80 Bucks from me and now my order has the status This order is pending Plimus review". Is this some kind of sadistic joke or what?? This can take up to 12 hours and may need a phone call... what kind of online shop is that?
