I've accepted two challenges where the side I'm playing is the first side, yet I can't actually play the challenges because I get a pop-up that it isn't currently my turn. That's not possible, as I'm playing as the first side. I've had the problem since release.
I've mentioned it before on the tester forum, but it seems nobody had an answer then. Does anybody else get this message?

I see that you are listed as the current player in both on the server. It lists you as Axis in the VL game and Soviet in the Campaign. Have you confirmed that both players have in fact ended their first turn? You said you are supposed to be the first player in both, but the server is listing you as the second player in both.

He is the Axis player in 41 campaign, therefore he should be the first player in that PBEM. Maybe he as the Axis should create a new challenge and I accept it? Or maybe it has something to do with 1.1 being out and both of us being on 1.05?
Any player can create the challenge and set themselves up to play either side. Only PBEM games have to be set up by player 2.
Yes, the server has it right, and you should be able to play your turn in either game. I don't know why it is saying it is not your turn.
I see notenome has set up another game with him as the second player. Go ahead and try to accept that one and see if you can take a turn. If you can't, then we need to see if someone else can accept a game from notenome and play a turn. If they can, then it's something with your computer or login.

It's kind of comical: I never really had a problem with the technical side of the game thus far aside from the slow mouse clicks, and now that the game's released, I can't play multiplayer.
According to the server, it's not my turn in the new challenge either.

There's about 40 multiplayer games going at the moment, and I haven't heard of any other problems like yours. Are you using 1.01? I'd like notenome to start another game and I'll join it and see if I can take a turn. Pieter I've started a game as well with the password 'test' (with JoelBillings as the name). Please join it. If your system is the only one with a problem, I'd suggest a reinstall, but before you bother with that let's see how these other tests go.

Pieter, looks like you found a real issue. It had to do with the code being case sensitive and your signup info and your logon info didn't match. If you can change your wirserver.dat file to read comradep (all lowercase), it might work now (not sure, but worth a try). Karl has sent Pavel a fix so this won't be a problem once the changes gets into a new exe.
