Download again?

Hi

After months (and months, and months) without a PC I have finaly purchased a new one. The old one is stuffed and not booting. It has half a dozen Matrix games installed on it that were purchased as a dowload only, and were not backed up onto disc.

My question is, I still have my order numbers and such for all my downloads. Can I download all my games again onto the new PC? I was under the impression that if you did not pay for extedned download you could not do this?

As for the old PC, I doubt I will get it fixed, more likey try to recover my wifes photos for her and junk it.

www.findmyorder.com you should still be able to get them even if you didn't pay the extra.

If you registered the games, look in the members area too.

Thanks. I have managed to download WITP AE. I also have Gary Grigsby's War Between The States and John Tiller's Campaign Series. Everytine I select "Re Download order" it keeps going back to WITPAE download screen.

Anyone able to help?

Get the order number, back up one screen, use the order number and password to locate your order.

Is there any progress on making previous purchases availible as was discussed when the new store went live?  I still have all my order numbers, but I thought the idea was to make the game downloadable from the member page?  I've purchased a couple of games during the sale, however, I don't understand how I'd download from the site.  The games are registered, but I'm not seeing a link in the member area to access the games again if I had too outside of the purchase email route.  Could you please give an updated status of this feature?

The download link has expired, and I need to download again (top)
The vendor from whom you bought your product can reactivate your download directly, or you can email us at support@plimus.com and we’ll take care of this for you. You will receive an email with your link and download instructions.

But the "download anytime" idea is really nice to have.

This is not the unlimited download option I was thinking was a part of the new store. So you still need to keep all purchase records to redown load the game. What is the point of registering it? Since the serial number does not provide any real information in the find my order and is not an order number for the DD service.
