Current Admin point total?

I've gone through the manual and can't find where in the 1941-1945 scenario one would look to find out what the current admin point total for your side is. Would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me.

Section 5.1.5 (The number 39 is current AP)

Soviets start at 60. Germans at 30.
