This picture made me laugh because I immediately thought about it in WITE terms.

So in WITE terms is this AFV:

Damaged? (Y/N)
Destroyed? (Y/N)

Since it is a T34, I say destroyed. If it had been a PzIV it would be damaged. The difference between Soviet and German repair capabilities.
