Too many fighters

AS most of my games are now in the winter of 41-42, I'm discovering I've built too many fighters, causing a loss of experience. I'm just about ready to outfit all of my allied units with them if I feel like I can spare the loss of EXP.
Anybody out there still building the Ju-52?
Jesus ...., with all respect. This closet germanism is allways killing me.
