Polish Army commanders: WAD?

Since I liberated Warsaw and western Poland a Polish Army appeared in my OOB, namely the 2nd Polish Army (BTW, it popped up near Kishinev).
No one appears to be in command of that Army and if I click to change the leader a strange window opens.
Now, it's surely strange to have a senior NCO in command of an Allied Army, but also a German NCO? [:D]

Bugged leaders always appear as Oberfeldwebels. Even though the rank isn't officially being used in the game, it is in the database (inherited from older games I believe).
