Operation Blue Odd Counting

Starting Operation Blue as Soviets vs AI using 1.02 beta 1. Start first turn, the AI makes its moves, reasonably well I might add, and this screen comes up.

The Soviets suffered 147k casualties, not 362k while everything else, AFV's squad losses, ect., reset properly. Ran the start twice and I got the same effect. Is there a counter somewhere out of whack? Anyway, this is the only scenario where I have noticed this occurrence.

Save enclosed if it is any use.

Thank you

I think your casualty difference comes from the game starts out with so many men already in the disabled pool. This represents current wounded soldiers who may return as replacements. It appears to me that the game is counting this starting disabled pool against your VP numbers. I reported it last week.

Yes, starting disabled troops do count for victory purposes. This was factored into the design of the scenarios game balance and is not going to change.

So working as designed.

My reference was more of an accounting question than anything. This is my first play of this scenario, all I have done to date are all the "road to" and reading the manual through twice. When I get a grip on this one, it will be off to the 1941 campaign.
