captured fuel several times,yet it does not show in the unit,the % of fuel remains the same[&:]

I think captured fuel goes to OKH or the reserve, not the capturing unit.

The captured fuel/supplies goes to the unit's direct HQ so the unit will not show an immediate change in supplies but it may help after next turn's logistics phase.
