Has anyone put together a tech spreadsheet showing all of the differences between tech developments?

I don't believe there is one yet. Although, the idea should be put on hold because I believe that
the tech trees may soon become moddable in an future update (for the ROTS expansion that is).
But for "vanilla" Distant Worlds, having one would be beneficial for new users.

Someone please chime in if there is one and I've just missed it somewhere! [&:]
Shields are useless in "The Briar Patch"...
