GC41-45: Bletchley_Geek (soviets) vs. sitito (Axis)

I am explaining in more detail how I am managing the "Stumbling Colossus", especially regarding assembling Soviet reinforcements, handling & commitment of strategic reserves (when available) and also operations (like pocket relieving).
