Herr General: I have found evidence to confirm the existence of two new Russian tanks that make any of our tanks obsolete. Fortunately, I have intel reports on exactly where they are at least along the border where we will soon launch our offensive. Please refer to the following photos:

OOC: My skills with paint (or any other graphics program) leave a lot to be desired, but the objective is to identify the Russian tank divisions near the border that a smart German will try to absolutely ensure that he bags as surrender material in order to avoid seeing all those nice T-34 and KV tanks at a later date of the Soviet players choosing. I have the border areas marked. I did not check further away from the border or by Leningrad as a German player won't be able to get at those units initially anyway. There are about 200 KV-T34 tanks in two tank divisions near the Rumanian border, but the Germans won't be able to get to them.
