How on Earth Do I Beat the Poles???

Ok, I must be the worse player in the world when it comes to this game. For the life of me, I simply cannot beat the Polish Army playing either the historical or challenging level of campaign play.

What’s the secret? Any tips? How on earth did the Germans get to Warsaw so quickly? I can't do it even when playing the extra time card.

The Germans have to drive aggressively towards Warsaw with the 10th Army. The Panzers and motorized infantry need to always be at the tip of the spear and always driving forward. Use your motorized artillery (which includes the corp artillery units) and the Luftwaffe to soften up any units the spearheads attack. Don't let the spearheads get bogged down taking cities. The Germans need to advance a little more than 2 hexes per turn with the 10th Army to reach Warsaw by the 23 (26 hexes in 12 turns) and a little less than two hexes per turn if the "more time" card is played (26 hexes in 14 turns). Since the German 10th Army can advance 5 hexes in the first turn alone, this leaves 21 hexes to Warsaw with 11 turns left or less than 2 hexes per turn (21 hexes in 13 turns if the "more time" card is played or about 1.6 hexes per turn).

Remember to use Luftwaffe to support the advance of the 10th army first and only use it in other places if the 10th Army spearheads have used all the air attacks they need. Use foot infantry units to reduce any cities or any pockets your spearheads have formed. Don't use your mechanized units! Keep them advancing every turn and always towards Warsaw!
