I have just started playing Japan after playing allied since the game release. I am have been trying to find out how the base supply works in Thailand there is a figure in brackets after supply I think this is a limit of some type but what? Is it a maximum before spoilage starts ? and can it be changed by base construction? I imagine this has been covered on the forum before but the search engine won't work for me any more.

the number in brackets is the daily supply amount that can float through this base. If you build up the base, it starts increasing.
