Zoom levels?

Post by uncc »

Just got this yesterday and have started through the tutorial. Anyway to add another zoom-in level (or 2) to the maps? I've got a 23-inch monitor and it would help these youth-challenged eyes a bit Thanks...

New zoom levels are quite unlikely (new art, new programming etc.)... sorry...

Get the latest Intellipoint software from Microsoft with a cheap MS mouse and it will have a built in magnifier function that you can assign to the middle roller button. Set it to almost full screen on the "lens" size and "voila"... You're set... You don't need to squint anymore at any of your software, even if they don't have a zoom function at all.

I just bought a cheap ($20) Microsoft brand Optical mouse to use with a new laptop and this MS Intellipoint software was included with it. I should also inform you that this mouse magnifier works great with "static/non-changing" screens, but not with dynamic/changing screens like you would find in a simulator or FPS game. For wargames it's outstanding.
