Orange/Green Air Stats

Forgive me for I cannot seem to get my 'search' to work, so I'm going right to the source.

Each turn as my Airgroups train/rest/fight/play poker/whatever the heck you do when stuck on some sweaty island ... I see some stats are 'orange' some 'green' & of course many stay 'white' .... my question???

Green = increase (seems logical)
White = stays the same (again logical)
Orange = smaller gain? ..... or a loss?

I tried to track pilots over the last few days but they were most uncooperative ... refused to do anything but 'white' [:'(]

Orange has improved within the last week, green has improved within the last day.

Thank you, it seemed the 'Orange' ones were increasing but over a week only the 'greens' seemed too ..
