Bug Report: FOW-CV-Save issue

I think that I've discovered an odd bug. When using the FOW option, the displayed defensive (adjusted) CV of enemy units resets between saves. I often play my PBEM games in small amounts of time, with anywhere between 3-10 saves to the server before I finish the turn. On one such game, I noticed that several hexes had vastly different numbers listed for the adjusted CV on defending stacks, from one save to the next. The detection levels on the stacks are in the 9-10 range, and some of the changes have been a factor of 10-20! That is, a stack that displayed a defense of 1, might display a defense of 18 after reloading. There have been some very wild, and unexplainable swings, simply by loading a sequential save file.

Obviously, since my games are server based, I can't readily provide a save file for your evaluation, but you should be able to duplicate the issue by simply picking some highly augmented CV stacks (like those in forts) and track the displayed defensive CV's over multiple save/load cycles.

Here's a screenshot of some pocketed Soviet units that were all at Det10, and cut off from supply last turn. They were all displayed as 1=1 after being scouted to Det10, yet before the save. After the save, they are now showing the displayed values. The stacks circled in red are the ones to note.

After saving, exiting, and restarting the turn, the units are back to "normal". Whatever that is...[&:]
