Quick DB question on 2-Pounder Gun

The 2-Pounder Mk IX gun mounted on the Matilda and Valentine III shows an Anti-Armor and Anti-Soft value of ZERO.

I expected that on the Anti-Soft, but not the Anti-Armor.

Is this WAD? And with a ZERO value, wouldn't they be completely useless?

It does have a penetration value of 84, so what happens? It penetrates armor, then just goes BANG?

PS: Same deal on the 6-pounder mounted on Churchill
