Whats the xy ref for the hex? what scenario are you playing?

I did a full restart of my system (and the game, naturally) and the problem was not repeated for the hex I tried to enter. I assume a mouse problem, a microsoft vista problem, or (perhaps most likely) an ID10T error on my part.  This is why the post was removed.

I have had a computer when the apple II came out till this day. I have a good friend who has forgoten more about computers than most people know so I am lucky. I can tell you that just about the time i thought I had learned something the computer would do something so strange that it maked me feel like a total moron and still does on occasion.
A while back I was playing War in the Pacific and turned it on and got no error messages but the game had reverted to version 1.00 and deleted all the patch's and updates and for the life of me I never did figure out why. So just hang in there.
