HUCE Area Hog?

Why do I have this panel stealing space at the bottom of HUCE?
It starts of "Welcome to the 20th Anniversery Edition of Harpoon Classic" & includes information on the benefits of buying Harpoon Commanders Edition, something that I've done at least twice now, thanks to a certain marketing ploy.
I can't see anywhere the option to close/remove this panel.
Can I get rid of it please?

Hi,

I know your frustrations as do others, this has been discussed before and there is a simply solution.

navigate to the "C:\Matrix Games\HUCE\DigMilArt" and rename "DigMilArt.dll" to "DigMilArt.dll.old"

I found the offending file in the exportdlls file.
