Advice to v1.04d players, upgrade to v1.04g

Advice to v1.04d players, upgrade to v1.04g

There has been found a bug in v1.04d.

Basicly the bug occurs when combat is initiated really quickly after playing a regime action card.

Its recommended all v1.04d players upgrade to v1.04g beta patch.
