Startup problem

I'm having this problem since I intsalled the latest update:

The game starts fine, it goes to the screen where you select "start a new scenario" then it goes to a scenario drop down list with no scenario's on it and I am unable to click on anything on that screen. What is going on here?

In the "Select New Game" dialog, there is a "HQ" button. Press that and it will ask for a scenario folder to use. Select a folder - make sure it is a folder that contains scenarios - and the scenarios in that folder will be available for playing.
