Is there a contact to get support? I keep getting directed to that FAQ page and I don't see an e-mail there.

I bought TOAW III when it came about (about 2006) and need to install it on a new laptop. Of course the serial number died on the old laptop. Under "My registered games", it doesn't show up (though my 2004 War in the Pacific does). I have no idea what my credit card number was 5 years ago. If I bought it for download under the same e-mail, shouldn't they be able to look it up?

Only shows up if you registered the game.

Send a mail to Erik Rutins. He might work it out for you.

Use the link for the Help Desk at the top of the front page (under Support). Erik has asked us repeatedly to send people there if they have issues.
