About troops morale...

I noticed one of my division, part of German 9th army, having a low morale. Then I tried to figure out why - first thing I did, I checked has it fought any high-casualty losing battles. The HQ-unit reported 0 defeats for the subordinate divisions. Supply is over 100% overall so it cant be for the lack of beer & sausage.

Any way to trace this in easy way?

Ok, I realize it´s one division only, but for future operations I could use some gestapo-stuff for how to figure out why my troops aren´t that eager to fight, if it spreads out in army-korps level....

Or does this game simulate the reality randomly, like the real soldier does? "I just dont feel like it right now..." [&:]

Did it take on a lot of replacements e.g. did it start game with a depleted TOE?
I think there's a bug in current release that replacements arrive with very low morale/experience scores.
