My download link expired and I have a new laptop that I want to load the game on. How long does the help ticket take to get a new digital download?

My 9 hour flight leaves Monday morning and I want to play!

Well the idea of moving it to another computer did not work. The user agreement says you can only have one copy of the game on a computer. Period.

That is a bit upsetting. Hopefully it will work out.

If you really are a sticklier for the rules

save the save game folder to disk, deinstall and then install on your laptop.
