Refitting Infantry Divisions going 120% TOE in Beta 103 V6

I have found Soviet Infantry Divisions at 120% TOE after REFITTING in Beta 103 Version 6.

Its well annoying as its turn 11 and I need everyman I can everywhere.

I attach two pictures to show you.

I have autosaves going back all of the turns. I can upload/email if you need.

It could happen if divisions switched their TOE.

BTW which mod are you using?

The B Rifle division is smaller than the A in 1941, so as the TOE changes the division can be overstrength. Eventually it will shrink down to size.

Yes alot have been switching to new TOE's. I realise they shrink down eventually. Fair enough then.
