I have had base forces located at bases with level 9 airfields for several months in Australia which refuse to increse in size. One has been sitting by itself in Brisbane from June to November and failed to increse beyond 60 aviation support. I know that it will not increse beyond 60 support (for ground forces) but the manual says that ONE baseforce per base will increase to a max of 250 aviation support but NONE of mine have increased at all, even in non-malarial Brisbane. I guess it is the problem with social diseases. Help!

Hi Learmont,

I've been wondering about this too. Noticed that if you read 19.8 on p. 115-116 in the manual I think it could be interpreted as the increase in size will happen by a replacement subunit appearing in Truk/Brisbane/Noumea.
I have never seen this happen to any type of ground unit myself but I haven't been playing that long either.
