STAVKA requesting SU from itself

'41 Scenario, Soviet player, turn 1: go to STAVKA and check on attached support. There are 2 Corps Arty Rgt and 8 Construction RR Bde. Now click on Assign/Form; it will show 2 41a Corps Arty Rgt and 8 41 RR Construction Bde, but these are actually the units it already has assigned. It gives the impression that the STAVKA can request more units, when it can't. I think it should show 0 from top to bottom for STAVKA. The screen actually allows you to click on these units and deducts 1 ADM point on each click.

STAVKA is the highest HQ. It cannot assign from elsewhere

But it doesn't form new SU units: it will form if you click on "Build New" or click on a line that has avl=0. If you click on "41a Corps Artillery Regiment", it will assign an existing one -- but the 2 units of this type are already assigned to STAVKA:



Having said that, this is a pretty minor issue.

By the way, Mr. Cookie Monster... if you use the ADD/SUB buttons to let the game move your support around... will you still pay 1 AP for every more the system does for you, in the same way as when you move them manually?

You are right clicking on them just makes them go thru the reassign motion, and they are not available for reassign that turn

Its not really a bug though

automated su moves are free
