OKH Reinforcements

In GC...I have OKH reinforcements arriving...how do I assign them to a Local HQ?

Click on them, right click on their unit picture to the right, click on their current HQ assigment (it's in the upper right of the screen that pops up), then select which HQ you want them attached to. You'll need to be within a certain distance of the new HQ for it to appear in the list.

FYI, I send the infantry north, the security to the center and the motorized/cav to the south.

I send two infantry divisions to the 11th Army, but then I use it further south than many players and so it is sort of on its own.
