Scen 2 or 1, HR can discussed, 1 Day Turns !
European Opponent preferred ( same Timezone )
I can in the most of time make one Turn of Day

I'm interested in this game but, as jap, I can't guarantee to play till the end but only till there is a minimum chance of draw. As ally I have no problem to play till last day

Butting in, but you've stated this a couple of times. Check the victory conditions. The BEST way for the Japanese to get a draw is to make the game go to 1946 without an auto-vic. The worst they can do then is a draw.
