The guide figure is 4million, including 2.5m captured. Against the AI we seen 6million+ achieved.

What about after the first month or 6 weeks? How many kills should I have achieved by that time?

I try for about 300k each of the first 3 turns. If I can keep that up through 4 turns then I am on the right track.

I have Kiev mostly surrounded now. What is the best way to capture it. Should I wait for my infantry or try to take it with my armor and motorized infantry?

Infantry. Only if you get a chance for a sudden descent on a city should you blast it with armor or motorized.

By surrounding it completely or take the infantry losses.
