Cntrl - 9 doesnt highlilght RR engineers

I've noticed that CNTRL-1 will highlight HQ's just fine but CNTRL-9 doesn't highlight RR engineers like I believe it's supposed to.

It will only highlight the FBD rail repair units not the individual piddly repair units that various HQs send out.

Also, you need to not have a unit selected and the modes (shift-r) and supply (shift-o) views must be off.

Is it too much to ask that it also highlight those individual piddly repair units that various HQs send out? Sometimes it's hard to find them all.
