Can't see speed display window

I was playing on multiple monitors. The popup windows kept appearing on the first monitor (far left) although I was playing on the third monitor (far right). I disconnected the laptop and now when I try to play without the extra monitors I can't see the speed and launch windows for the selected unit. I think they're completely off screen somewhere and I don't know how to make them reappear.

(Correction, it's just the speed window that I can't see. The launch window is viewable.)
