Has anyone implemented them into the game so far?

For those of you who are into hyper-minutiae, the Dhonburi turrets (though more thickly armored) are indeed like those in Myoko--as built. These were 200mm guns rather than the 203mm guns that became standard for Japanese cruisers before WWII.
