I am currently playing the 42 - 45 scenarioPBEM, we are at turn 71, october 1943, more than a year into the game. I am playing the Axis, and I have a problem in that I never seem to have a constant lack of armament points. I have manpower, 570195 men in the pool, but not armament points enough, which is leading to a constant decline in the number of rifle squads in the field. My army is simply melting away. I realise that this sitaution migh be caused by me in that I have failed in manpower management, I am just wondering if there could possibly be someting in the scenario parameters that is causing this, or what I should have done to avoid it.
I have recieved advice in the forums, mainly to disband or lower the Max TOE of artillery units to conserve armament points, which I have done lately, but this does not seem to have any noticeable effect.
Here is a screenshot of my production. As can be seen, I have plenty of manpower in the pool but no armaments points. Is this normal?
Edit: There are more screenshots of production, losses and rifle squad strength in the AAR in the AAR section.
