not downloading im not the only ONE

i have tried two different computers. i get the download screen with the piece of paper flying from the world icon to the file folder icon. thats it
no estimated time left and it just runs and runs unitl it times out. its not just me its happeining to. something is wrong with your server or program file when it interacts with other computers. i am using windows 7 and internet explorer. i should not have to disable my security or get another program to assit in the download. i have around 10 games from matrix and i have been succesful in downloading and running all of them expcept i think it was officers. that program has a file in it that is the same name as a trogen horse -- so it would not let me install it and i had to get my money back. i might try buying another game and seeing if i can download it. But we need to get this problem resloved asap. i am not yelling at anyone or bashing matrix but a download should be hassal free -- the hassal should come when i try to run the program which i should say every other game i bought except officers runs great!

i have two suggestion
1. refund my money (which i really dont want to do)
2. send a disk with the game on it

Please only someone who works for matrix respond. i appreciate the other comments but nothing has worked so far so keep it to yourself please my patients is running out. i dont find this a bit humerious.
