Download Issues

Downloaded Supernova (foolishly, to Run, not Save) then had a glitch when got prompted to whatever (install, I assume, the glitch occured as the screen was opening. Can't find the file (went to a temp file that seems to have disappeared) and attempts to download again have resulted in the download mini-screen appearing but no actual download occuring, despite that little piece of paper moving between computers. Have the order number and the 16 digit serial number. What do I need to do to a) find the file and install the file if it is still on my PC or b) redownload the file. Thanks.

Hi Bevans,

I'd suggest clearing your internet temporary files and then trying to download again. It sounds like it's assuming the download is already complete. You can also right click on the link and try to "Save Link As" (exact command will vary by browser) to let you put it where you want.
