Experienced fascist invader wanted for 41-45 GC

I am looking for an experienced Axis player for 41-45 GC.

I prefer full FOW and random weather, but can discuss the weather. I can usually do a turn a day, sometimes more on weekends. I think of a game as a long term commitment, and I will continue playing even when things are going badly. I expect the same from my opponent. By experienced I mean at least one previous PBEM of reasonable length, and that you consider yourself - well - pretty good. Games are more enjoyable with evenly matched opponents.
