What do you do as german player in mud turns?

Seems like theres not much you can do. Seems like suicide to attack with armor or mechanized units. Infantry attacks seems hit and miss. Do you just focus on maintenance and do what you can or does it make sense to rest units then? Any other suggestions for mud turns?

Rest and refit, although now you'll have to pull troops off the line to do so. An obvious move for the panzers, but a little more troubling now with the infantry.

I just accept in silence that it’s broke.

what do I do during mud?

It’s a good time to reorganize corps structure during the lull created by mud.

You also want to think about what sort of spoiling attacks you can pull off during the 3 turns of snow that follow the mud and at least try to get units in the vicinity for this sort of thing.

I also take the time to start setting-up fall back lines for the inevitable winter broad front push by the Red hordes. You’ll want to set up a few speed bumps.
